Our Meet the Challenge class resumes on January 9th at 7pm. This class is designed to meet the wellness needs of mentally or physically challenged adults. Erin Barbaree leads the class and incorporates group activities based on individual needs. For more information or to register for this session please stop by our Membership Desk.
