Teen Orientation
The Cansler YMCA offers a 2-hour Teen Orientation
for youth ages 10-14 who are ready to get started
on a basic workout routine. This orientation is
free to members and includes hands-on training
by a certified fitness staff member. Make sure
to bring a bottle of water! The orientation includes
the use of the cardiovascular equipment and our
Cybex strength equipment. Appointments are scheduled
through the front desk. For more in-depth training,
we recommend signing up for the TNT class, however
completion of either the Teen Orientation or TNT
is REQUIRED before youth ages 10-14 are allowed
to workout on the fitness floor.
