She has studied various Pilates methods since 1995 & has a Mat Pilates certification as well as a Pilates Coach Reformer Certification. (Muscular Strength and Range of Movement) T/TH 11:15am
Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity of daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

ZUMBA – This new fun fitness experience improves cardiovascular & core strength with a taste of salsa!
30/30 – 30 minutes of cardio & 30 minutes of weights or 30 min of another type of cardio
MAKIN’ WAVES – Invigorating water aerobics class involving cardio & strength
SILVER SPLASHERS® – designed for the young at heart that experience the aches & pains of arthritis or fibromyalgia. The class incorporates moves designed to increase flexibility, range of motion, & balance
YOGA – This class fully integrates a mind body workout, is for all levels & designed to help improve strength, tone, flexibility, & balance
AQUACIZE – cardio & strength in the water
SPIN – group cycling led by an instructor. This 45 min cardiovascular class utilizes the spin bike for a great over all workout!
BODY DESIGN – This strength training class utilizes different equipment such as barbell & plate weights, band, free weights, and physioball for a full body workout.
KICKBOXING – cardio class using various kickboxing techniques
SILVER SNEAKERS® – A low impact cardio/strength class (can perform class from a seated or standing position)
CORE Plus – focuses on abdominal & low back strength & flexibility
BURN & TONE – a mix of cardiovascular and strength to help burn fat and tone muscle
STEP – rhythmic movements using a step to help improve muscular & cardiovascular endurance
