Membership Application Process

For your convenience, you can download the membership application here. While you can fill this application out online or by hand, please remember to PRINT the application and bring it to the Knoxville location closest to you.

The YMCA offers several payment options for membership - annual, semi-annual, and monthly bank draft. Annual and semi-annual payments can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. The YMCA offers monthly bank draft through a checking or savings account or applied to a credit card. Your first month's membership fee, a completed bank draft card, and a voided checkare required at the time of sign-up when choosing bank draft. A one time joining fee is also required upon signing up for membership. Please refer to the information below for the joining fees for each membership category. Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Scholarships Available

The YMCA is committed to serving the entire community. Through our Scholarship-Open Doors program, qualified individuals and families are granted financial assistance to enable participation and membership. It is the intent of the YMCA that no one be denied membership or participation due to lack of financial resources. Click here to download and fill out a scholarship application. Then, print the application and bring or mail it to your local YMCA branch.
